  • The Gi teaches patience, respect, and attention to detail. Wearing the uniform levels the playing field — it teaches kids to slow down, think strategically, and respect both themselves and their partners.

    Through drills, games, and live practice, kids learn balance, coordination, and how to use leverage instead of strength. They also learn how to handle frustration, work through challenges, and stay calm under pressure — skills that carry far beyond the mats.

  • Kids Kickboxing builds coordination, confidence, and body awareness through striking drills, pad work, and movement.

    We focus on control over chaos — helping kids develop timing, focus, and composure, not aggression. Every class combines technical skill-building with cardio and teamwork, giving kids a safe, structured outlet for their energy.

  • On Fridays, we mix things up. “Fun Friday” is all about movement, games, and challenges that make hard work fun. Kids build fitness and coordination while learning teamwork and resilience — without even realizing how hard they’re working.
