In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, we offer a smorgasbord of events, seminars, workshops, and social events open to everyone! FREE Open Mat
Join us Every Friday night at 6pm for a FREE Community Open Mat. Grapplers, Strikers and Martial Artists are all welcome, regardless of home gym or affiliation. Just sign a waiver, don’t be an asshat, and come train!
New Friday Night Bingo Cards. Stacked with submissions, takedowns and sweeps, the first to bingo earns bragging rights and a Free Private Lesson from Coach Brian.

7×7 Live Rolling
Seven rounds. Seven minutes each. Every Saturday morning, the mats are open and the clock is running.
This isn't a class — there's no instruction, no curriculum. Just live rolling at a duration that actually tests your game. Seven-minute rounds add something five-minute rounds don't: a pacing problem. A survival layer. A moment somewhere around round four where you find out what you're really working with. This isn’t about ruining your partner’s day, it’s about pushing yourself and not letting yourself quit.
Come hydrated. Come ready to work. All levels are welcome to attend — and if you're a blue belt or above, there's no mat fee.
