This intro regiment builds your base stance, footwork, balance, and technique. You’ll learn proper punching and kicking mechanics, basic combinations, and defensive movement.
Every session focuses on controlled reps, pad work, and drills designed to build habits that actually work under pressure. No experience required.

Once you’ve got the basics, it’s time to level up! Our intermediate and advanced classes sharpen your timing, speed, and ring IQ. Expect complex combinations, defensive counters, and sparring-style drills that simulate live action.
These classes are fast-paced and technical. You'll sweat, think, and refine your striking one round at a time.

Thai pads have been a cornerstone of Muay Thai training for decades used by fighters to safely develop knockout-level power and fluid combinations. This is where you sharpen precision, power, and fight endurance. Working one-on-one with a partner, you’ll hold and strike pads in fast, focused rounds designed to build real timing, accuracy, and control.
The resistance and feedback from live pad work teach you how to manage distance, react under pressure, and maintain striking rhythm even when you’re exhausted.
It’s one of the best workouts you’ll ever do with no wasted rounds, pure skill, conditioning, and focus.

Sparring is where everything comes together. Controlled and technical, these rounds teach distance, timing, and how to stay composed under pressure.
You’ll learn to apply what you’ve drilled safely, intelligently, and with respect for your partner. This is where to put your training to the test.

Our Kids Kickboxing program builds confidence, coordination, and discipline through movement, skill, and fun. Every class is carefully structured to help kids develop proper technique, timing, and control while staying engaged and motivated.
Beyond punches and kicks, kids learn teamwork, focus, and resilience. These are important life skills that extend far beyond the mats. Our instructors emphasize respect, effort, and safety first; the physical skills come after.
Through games, drills, and partner exercises, children improve balance, agility, and spatial awareness, all while learning to manage energy and frustration in a positive way. By the end of each class, they’ve not only sharpened their martial arts skills but also grown more confident and self-assured, ready to take on challenges in the gym and in everyday life.

Each Heavy Bag HIIT class starts with a dynamic warm-up to get your body moving and your technique sharp. From there, you’ll push through a fast, high-energy HIIT circuit designed to build strength, conditioning, and explosiveness. Class finishes with focused heavy bag rounds where you put everything together—power, speed, and crisp striking—without any contact or sparring.
