Heavy Bag HIIT

  • More fun than any treadmill session, our Heavy Bag HIIT classes will have your heart pumping before the warm-up is even over. Each class starts with mobility and movement prep, ramps up with a fast-paced High Intensity Interval Training workout, and finishes with heavy bag rounds that let you punch, kick, and sweat out the stress of the day.   • You never quite know what the workout of the day will be. It might be a repeater, an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), or a chipper. No matter the style, every session follows the principles of High Intensity Interval Training—short, explosive bursts of effort paired with brief recovery periods. HIIT is one of the most effective training methods for boosting cardio, burning calories, and building functional strength in a short amount of time.

    Each workout is fast-paced, challenging, and intentionally varied so your body never gets too comfortable. You’ll push hard, catch your breath, and push again, building strength, conditioning, and real-world endurance that carries over to martial arts, everyday life, and anything else you tackle. It’s one of the quickest ways to get fit—and one of the most fun.

  • Sure, getting fit is great—but have you ever hit something as hard as you can? Our heavy bags don’t mind, and they never hit back. You’ll work through four three-minute rounds, three coached combination rounds and one freestyle round you can use as a finisher or a cooldown. It’s the perfect blend of technique, cardio, and stress relief—no sparring required.
