What to Expect

Every class starts with a warmup and technical instruction, followed by live rolling (sparring). You’ll learn how to:

No-Gi Submission Grappling

No-Gi is our bread and butter. It’s all about body positioning, timing, leverage, and wedges without grips or uniforms. You’ll learn how to control and manipulate another person’s body mechanics, no matter what they’re wearing. Every class includes takedowns, positional control from both top and bottom, and submission threats from every position. So no matter where you end up in a scramble, you’ll know how to stay calm, stay dangerous, and find the opportunity to win.

Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Training Bjj in the Gi adds another technical element to Jiu Jitsu that sharpens your tech ique, patience, and strategy. The added Layers of collars and sleeves will slow the game down and force you to think several moves ahead, setting traps before your opponent realizes the danger.

You’ll learn how to break posture, use grips to control space, and apply pressure that feels like gravity. The Gi builds precision — every grip, frame, and transition matters — and those details make you sharper when you take the jacket off.

No-gi Fundamentals

Every martial arts journey should start with fundamentals; wax on wax off.

Whether your goal is sport Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, self-defense, or fitness, our No-Gi Fundamentals program sets you on the right path. This 12-week repeating curriculum is designed to teach you the language and movement patterns you’ll need to confidently step into an all-levels class.

Kid’s Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Confidence comes from within.

Our Kids Gi Jiu-Jitsu program helps kids build focus, discipline, and real self-confidence through structure, skill, and fun. In the Gi, they learn respect for coaches, teammates and themselves.

Every class combines movement, technique, and games designed to teach balance, coordination, and teamwork. Kids learn how to handle challenges, stay calm under pressure, and develop the kind of quiet confidence that carries far beyond the mats.

This is a great activity for kids to release energy and gain a valuable skill. Your child doesn’t have to be athletic or outgoing to start — they just need to show up. We’ll take care of the rest.
